释义	商業匯票 A bill of exchange when used domestically for obtaining credit. The commercial bill has proved most adaptable to the short and medium term financing of all sectors of industry and commerce. The customer draws a bill which is accepted by the lender or financier at a discount. The discount represents the interest earned by the financier.
