| 释义 | 產權負擔人 1.The person who grants an encumbrance over his or her property, such as a mortgagor or charger. 2. The person who has the benefit of an encumbrance, such as a mortgagee or chargee. 3. Under the statute, encumbrancer has a meaning corresponding with that of ‘encumbrance’ and includes every person entitled to the benefit of an encumbrance, or to require payment or discharge thereof: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 2.
