| 释义 | 殘疾人士 A person with total or partial loss of his bodily or mental functions, total or partial loss of a part of his body, the presence in his body of organisms causing disease or illness, the presence in his body of organisms capable of causing disease or illness, the malfunction, malformation or disfigurement of a part of his body, a disorder or malfunction that results in him learning differently from a person without the disorder or malfunction; or a disorder, illness or disease that affects his thought processes, perception of reality, emotions or judgment or that results in disturbed behaviour, and with a disability that presently exists; previously existed but no longer exists; may exist in the future; or is imputed to a person: Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 487) s 2.
