欠妥之處 A deficiency or absence of something essential to completeness.
Product liability - A flaw that makes goods not as safe as persons generally are entitled to expect. Negligence may be inferred from the existence of defects in the article delivered, taken in conjunction with the other circumstances: Mason v Williams and Williams Ltd and Thomas Turton & Sons Ltd [1955] 1 All ER 808, 1 WLR 549.
