| 释义 | 以分期付款方式購買 A transaction involving the purchase of an asset by a debtor on terms that the debtor is not to acquire title to the asset until the asset has been paid for (usually by equal instalments over a specified term). The seller transfers possession immediately and, if the buyer becomes insolvent without having paid, the seller retakes possession.
