释义 | 無條件的交付 1. The delivery of a deed that makes it take effect as such, as opposed to conditional delivery or delivery in escrow. 2. Where a bill is no longer in the possession of a party who has signed it as drawer, acceptor, or indorser, a valid and unconditional delivery by him is presumed until the contrary is proved: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 21(3); SY Chan Ltd v Choy Wai Bor [2001] 4 HKC 285.
