释义 | 非實則的複製 In copyright law, a generic term for reproduction of, unimportant, inessential, non-distinctive, immaterial parts of copyright material. Such reproduction does not constitute an infringement of the copyright owner’s rights. Substantiality varies according to the degree of originality of the work being protected or the particular feature of work with which the court is concerned: Chow Wai Man, Vivian & Anor v Easy Finder Ltd (HCA 4042/95, unreported).
