| 释义 | 妨礙／破壞司法公正 An offence at common law for persons to conspire to obstruct, defeat or prevent the course of public justice: Au Tak Wing v R [1980] HKLR 409 (CA). There is also a separate offence at common law of attempting to pervert the course of justice, which is engaging in conduct that has the tendency to pervert the course of justice and does so with the intention of perverting the course of justice: R v Lee Chi Wai [1988] HKC 626, 2 HKLR 595. 普通法中的一種違法行為，指人們串謀阻礙、打擊或阻止司法公正：Au Tak Wing v R [1980] HKLR 409（上訴法院）。在普通法中有另外一種相關但獨立的違法行為, 即企圖妨礙司法公正, 指參與傾向於妨礙司法公正的行為，並且這樣做是意圖妨礙司法公正：R v Lee Chi Wai [1988] HKC 626, 2 HKLR 595。 |
