| 释义 | 人身傷害 Any disease and any impairment of a person’s physical or mental condition, and ‘injury’ must be construed accordingly: Limitation Ordinance (Cap 347) s 2(1); Law Amendment and Reform (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 23) s 22(3); High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) s 48(8). A person who suffers personal injury is entitled to a claim for damages in respect of personal injuries to the plaintiff or any other person or in respect of a person’s death: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 1 r 4(1).
