| 释义 | 匯票要求付款的匯票 A bill of exchange which is expressed to be payable on demand, or at sight, or on presentation; or in which no time for payment is expressed: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 10(1). An overdue bill accepted or indorsed will be deemed a bill payable on demand, with regard to the acceptor or indorser: s 10(2).
