释义	拆卸命令 An order issued by the Building Authority under the Buildings Ordinance to require the demolition of building, building works or street works where the building works or street works have been or are being carried out in contravention of any of the provisions of the Buildings Ordinance: Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123) s 24. If an order is not complied with, the Building Authority may demolish or alter or cause to be demolished or altered such building, building works or street works and recover the cost of works carried out from the persons upon whom orders had been served: s 24; Building Authority v Owners of Illegal Structures on the roof of 9/F and Roof above Flats A1 and A2 on 10/F 105 Austin Road, Pak On Bldg, Kowloon (KIL 2302) [1987] 2 HKC 413 (DC).
