释义	提交仲裁的協議 The parties to a dispute in an existing arbitration agreement may refer the matter to a particular, named arbitrator for settlement. This contrasts with an arbitration clause in which the parties agree to refer future disputes to arbitration, irrespective of whether or not a particular individual or individuals have been named.
