释义 | 信念自由 Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religions or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance: Universal Declaration of Human Rights art 18; Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance (Cap 383) s 8 art 15. Right to express or manifest beliefs in society. Included political or religious nature.
