| 释义 | 交付 A court order that goods should be returned to the person entitled to their possession. It is made in addition or alternative to an order for damages for the period of time during which the plaintiff is deprived of possession. Delivery up is a discretionary remedy to the tort of detinue. The owner of a registered trademark may apply to the court for an order of delivery up of any infringing goods, materials or article a person has in his possession, custody or in the course of trade or business: Trademark Ordinance (Cap 559) s 23.
