| 释义 | 儲蓄保險 A contract of insurance providing for a certain sum of money to be paid to the insured should the insured survive beyond a specified age or period of time: Prudential Assurance Co v IRC [1904] 2 KB 658. It may contain a provision for repayment of premiums or a proportion of the sum to the estate of the insured should the insured die before that time: Joseph v Law Integrity Insurance Co Ltd [1912] 2 Ch 581 (CA); Gould v Curtis [1913] 3 KB 84 (CA).
