| 释义 | 押記優先順序 The order in which a number of charges over the same property are ranked for payment. When a debt is secured by a charge over the property of a company, which is subject to more than one charge, the relative ranking of the charges is determined by the rules set out in Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 80. Generally, a charge will require registration within five weeks after creation otherwise it will be void against the liquidator and any creditor of the company: s 80.
