释义 | 機密文件 A document prepared by, or for, a person who was under an express or implied obligation, legal or otherwise, not to disclose its contents. The contents or a confidential document cannot be adduced as evidence, subject to exceptions, where it was prepared by the client or lawyer for the dominant purpose of the lawyer providing legal advice to the client, or providing the client with professional legal service relating to a current, anticipated or pending proceeding.
