释义 | 污染物 Any substance or energy present in the environment as a result of human activity and which has the potential to harm organisms or cause unnatural change to damage to the environment. For example, air pollutant means any solid, particulate, liquid, vapour, objectionable odour or gaseous substance emitted into the atmosphere: Air Pollution Control Ordinance (Cap 311) s 2. Marine Pollutant means a substance which presents a hazard to the marine environment: Marine Shipping (Safety) (Dangerous Goods and Marine Pollutants Regulations (Cap 413H) reg 1(1).
