释义	大股東 A person who has an interest in the relevant share capital of the corporation, the nominal value of which is equal to or more than 5% of the nominal value of the relevant share capital of the corporation: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 287(3). A substantial shareholder of a corporation licensed for carrying on regulated activities must obtain approval from the Securities and Futures Commission before being allowed to be or continue to be a substantial shareholder: s 131(1). Contravention of the provisions is an offence punishable by imprisonment: s 131(2).
