释义	有條件赦免 A pardon granted to any person accused or suspected of, or committed for trial for any indictable offence, on condition of his or her giving full and true evidence on any preliminary inquiry or any trial. The application must be made, with the consent in writing of the Secretary for Justice, to the magistrate or the court: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) ss 115-117. There is no appeal of the refusal of a magistrate to grant a conditional pardon: A-G v Man Chi Kin & Anor [1964] HKLR 482 (CA).
