释义 | 對分擔人的催繳 A demand made on persons liable to contribute to the assets of the company. The power to make calls is vested in the court, which may, at any time after making a winding-up order, and either before or after it has ascertained the sufficiency of the assets of the company, make calls on all or any of the contributories for the time being settled on the list of the contributories to the extent of their liability, for payment of any money which it considers necessary to satisfy the debts and liabilities of the company, and the costs, charges, and expenses of winding up, and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves, and make order for payment of any calls so made: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 213(1). The list of contributories is to be settled by the court as soon as may be after making a winding-up order: s 210. In a winding up by the court, the court’s powers under ss 210 and 213 may be delegated to the liquidator with the special leave of the court or the sanction of the committee of inspection: s 226(b), (d) and proviso.
