释义	結盟 Agreement or cooperation between states. States can enter into bilateral or multilateral covenants that oblige the parties to enter into political, military and economic cooperation. The alignment may be formal or informal. Although Hong Kong is not a state, it may on its own enter into certain kinds of international agreements using the name ‘Hong Kong, China’ in fields like economic, trade, financial and monetary, shipping, communication, tourism, cultural and sports: Basic Law art 151.
