| 释义 | 適宜飛行的規定 Requirements that the aircraft is fit to fly, having regard to the design, construction, workmanship and materials of the aircraft including, in particular, any engines fitted to it, and of any equipment carried in the aircraft which it considers necessary for its airworthiness; and also having regard to the results of flying trials and other test: Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (LN 561 of 1995) Art 8(1). A certificate of airworthiness in respect of an aircraft may be issued by the Chief Executive if he is satisfied the aircraft meets all the requirements.
