| 释义 | 保釋覆核 The judicial review of bail determinations made previously by the same court, or by an inferior court. Where a bail application is refused, or is granted on terms imposed by a District judge or a magistrate, the accused person may apply to a judge of the Court of First Instance to review the order by way of summons supported by affidavit: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 9J.
