| 释义 | 香港特別行政區護照 A passport issued by the Director of Immigration under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passports Ordinance (Cap 539): Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passports Ordinance (Cap 539) ss 2, 3. The Director may issue a passport to the applicant upon his application. The Director shall not issue a passport to the applicant unless the applicant has satisfied all of the conditions that he is a Chinese citizen, that he is a permanent resident of the Hong Kong SAR, and he is a holder of a valid permanent identity card: s 3.
