释义	口頭合約 A contract made by word of mouth and not put into writing. The term is sometimes applied to simple contracts, whether oral or written, as distinguished from contracts by deed, and sometimes to oral as distinguished from written contracts. It is more properly used in the former sense: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 7, Contract [115.015]. In both meanings, a parol contract is enforceable only when consideration is proved: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 32(2). See also Consideration; Deed; Simple contract; Special contract. 以口頭言語作出而非經文字記錄的合約。有時亦指簡單合約（不論是以口頭或書面方式訂立），以別於藉契據訂立的合約；有時則僅指口頭合約，以別於書面合約。兩義中以前義較為恰當：Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, 第7冊，合約，第[115.015]段。但無論指的是前者還是後者，均須證明有代價，口頭合約方可強制執行：《公司條例》（第32章）第32(2)條。另見 Consideration; Deed; Simple contract; Special contract。
