Under the Ordinance a court has the power to make an order regarding the property and affairs of a mentally incapacitated person. By making an order, the court protects such person. In making such an order, the court must take into account the needs of a mentally incapacitated person. 沒有精神行為能力並且受到法庭根據《精神健康條例》（第136章）的保護的人。法庭有權根據該條例，就沒有精神行為能力的人其財產及事務發出有關的命令。通過發出的命令，法庭對此人作出保護。在發出有關的命令時，法庭必須考慮到沒有精神行為能力的人的需要。 |
