释义	普通法的罪行 An offence that is a crime at common law and not by statute. Examples of common law offences are conspiracy to defraud and affray. Some common law offences have been abolished and became statutory offences like arson and fraud: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) ss 60(3), 67; Theft Ordinance (Cap 210) ss 16A, 134. Common law offence is still part of the laws of the Hong Kong SAR: HKSAR v Ma Wai Kwan David [1997] 2 HKC 315, HKLRD 761.
