| 释义 | 救助損失 In an insurance policy, a settlement by compromise on a cargo insurance policy, when the adventure insured has ceased before its intended destination and damaged merchandise is sold at an intermediate port. In such a case, the underwriter pays the difference between the proceeds of the sale and the sum insured under the policy.
