延期償付
1. A legal authorisation to a debtor to postpone payment for a certain time. 2. The period of such a postponement. The act of deferring an activity or an obligation to pay or perform. A moratorium may be imposed unilaterally by a country postponing temporarily the remittance of foreign exchange to improve its foreign exchange reserve. See also Debt; Embargo.
