释义 | 效忠宣誓 1. A solemn promise before God identifying the maker as a subject of a sovereign. 2. When assuming office, the Chief Executive, principal officials, members of the Executive Council and of the Legislative Council, must swear allegiance to the Hong Kong SAR: Basic Law art 104. A judge or judicial officer is required to take a judicial oath to pledge allegiance to the Hong Kong SAR: Oaths and Declarations Ordinance (Cap 11) s 17. Regular police officers must, before entering the duties of his office, pledge before a magistrate or gazetted police officer allegiance to the Government of the Hong Kong SAR: Police Force Ordinance (Cap 232) s 26.
