| 释义 | 價格不定的資料 In relation to insider dealing, specific information about the corporation, a shareholder or officer of the corporation or the listed securities of the corporation or their derivatives, which is not generally known to the persons who are accustomed or would be likely to deal in the listed securities of the corporation but which would if it were generally known to them be likely to materially affect the price of the listed securities’: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 245(1). The Securities and Futures Ordinance prohibits certain uses of price sensitive information where it is not generally available and a person is aware of this and the fact that it is price sensitive information, such as insider dealings and market misconduct: ss 246-284.
