释义	不良表演 An offence for any person, whether for reward or not, to take part in, provide or manage any public live performance of an indecent, obscene, revolting or offensive nature: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 12A(1). A performance is not necessarily obscene merely because it is in bad taste or undesirable: R v Martin Seckar and Warburg Ltd [1954] 2 All ER 683, 1 WLR 1138.
