释义	羈留令 An order by a judge of the High Court or a magistrate to detain a mentally ill or mentally disordered person in a mental hospital as an involuntary patient for treatment of the mental illness or mental disorder: Mental Health Ordinance (Cap 136) ss 26, 45. In determining the question the judge or magistrate may consider the recommendations of the medical practitioners’ reports, any relevant cultural factors and the effect of any medication given to the person in relation to his or her ability to communicate: s 46.
