| 释义 | 當票 An instrument containing a duplicate of the record which a pawnbroker is required to make of the pawn transaction. A pawnbroker shall on the date of advancing any money on loan deliver to the borrower a ticket in the prescribed form: Pawnbrokers Regulations (Cap 166A) r 5. The pawn ticket includes a description of the pawned; the date of advancing money on loan; the home address, the name and number and type of identity document of borrower; the rate of interest; the amount of loan and the duration of the loan: sch 1 Form 4. It must also detail any other such particulars as are required by regulations.
