| 释义 | 劃一的 1. Having one form or character. 2. The standard clothes to be worn by students of a school; staff of companies or organisations like banks and hospitals; members of the disciplinary force. In relation to the latter class, any person who wears a uniform which he is not entitled to wear or any dress so closely resembling the same as to be calculated to deceive commits an offence, provided that the wearing of any uniform or dress by a performer in any public entertainment with the consent of the Commissioner of Police does not constitute the offence: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 21 (1). It is also an offence for any person not being a member of that force or service to wears without the permission of the Commissioner or the Director, the uniform of the force or service, or any dress having the appearance or bearing any of the distinctive marks of that uniform: Police Force Ordinance (Cap 232) s 65; Customs and Excise Service Ordinance (Cap 342) s 17G; Immigration Service Ordinance (Cap 331) s 21; Fire Services Ordinance (Cap 5) s 27; Government Flying Service (General) Regulation (Cap 332B) s 13. 1.具有統一的形式或特徵。 制服 2.某學校的學生、公司或組織（如銀行及醫院）的職員，及紀律部隊的成員所穿著的標準衣服。就後者而言，任何人穿著其並無資格穿著的制服，或穿著非常類似該種制服的衣服而刻意欺騙他人，即屬犯罪，但如獲得警務處處長的同意，演員在任何公眾娛樂節目中穿著任何制服或衣服，則不構成罪行：《簡易程序治罪條例》（第228條）第21(1)條。任何人如非警隊的成員、香港海關的海關人員、入境事務隊成員、消防處成員或政府飛行服務隊成員，而未經有關的處長、關長或保安局局長准許而穿著警隊的制服或穿著任何具有該制服的外觀或附有該制服特殊標誌的服裝，亦屬犯罪：《警隊條例》（第232章）第65條；《香港海關條例》（第342章）第17G條；《入境事務隊條例》（第331章）第21條；《消防條例》（第95章）第27條；《政府飛行服務隊（一般）規例》（第 332B章）第13條規例。n. |
