| 释义 | 相應外觀設計 In relation to an artistic work, means a design which if applied to an article would produce something which would be treated for the purpose as a copy of the artistic work: Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap 522) s 2(1); Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 86. There are registered corresponding design and unregistered corresponding design: Copyright Ordinance: s 87(5).
