| 释义 | 不公平 Unconscionable (or unconscientious) conduct. Unfairness is judged not by some generalised or colloquial sense of unfairness, but by the general principles of equity acting upon a person’s conscience: for example Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap 458) s 6(1). The fact that a contract has been induced by unfair conduct in the equitable sense is a defence to a decree of specific performance.
