释义	裁判上之契約 A judgment, decree, ruling or order entered by a court which is legally enforceable as if it were contained in a contract. Although not actually a contract, the transaction is entered in court records and remains valid until set aside by a court of competent jurisdiction: Kendall v Hamilton [1874-80] All ER Rep 932, (1879) 4 AC 504.
