释义	尚未發行的股本 Any amount of shares which has yet to be paid for or agreed to be taken by any person: Re Archibald D Dawnay Ltd [1900] WN 152. It is the difference, if any, between a company’s authorised share capital and issued share capital. Unissued shares are not individual items of property, but are merely the shares which a company may issue without increasing its nominal capital. The issued and unissued capital add together to make the authorised or nominal capital: Dalton Time Lock Co v Dalton (1892) 66 LT 704.
