| 释义 | 財政事項 In relation to family law proceedings, a matter concerning the maintenance of children or the custodial parent. In cases of divorce, nullity of marriage and judicial separation, it is the duty of the court in deciding whether to exercise its powers to grant a financial provision; or to order the transfer, settlement or variation of settlement of property, or to order the sale of property in relation to a party to the marriage, the court then will consider various matters such as income, financial needs, standard of living etc. Those matters to be regarded by court are financial matters: Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap 192) s 7. See also Maintenance; Short matter. 就家庭法的法律程序而言，指有關子女贍養費或看管家長贍養費的事項。在離婚、婚姻無效及裁判分居的案件中，法庭有責任決定是否行使權力批出經濟給養；或命令授產安排的移轉、授產或更改，或就婚姻一方命令售賣財產，然後法庭會考慮不同的事項，例如收入、經濟需要、生活水平等。有待法庭考慮的事項為財政事項：《婚姻法律程序與財產條例》（第192章）第7條。另見 Maintenance; Short matter。 |
