释义	國內法 An international law term used to denote the national, domestic, or internal law of a country. Municipal law regulates the relations, activities, and behaviour of citizens, inhabitants, and the government within a state. It is composed of legislative statutes, customs, various internal rules, and judicial decision-making. A state cannot plead that its municipal law exonerates it from performing its international obligations: for example, Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties 1969 arts 27, 46.
