释义	意圖 A state of mind that precedes or accompanies an act. A mental attitude that involves purpose, aim, or design; a determination to do a certain thing. In criminal law, the word refers to a state of mind, which forms the mental element of a particular offence, of one who either does an act because he desires to produce a particular consequence or does the act knowing well that it is likely to produce that consequence although it may not be the object he was seeking to achieve by doing the act: Hyam v DPP [1975] AC 55 (HL).
