| 释义 | 蓋上印章的合約 A contract expressed in an instrument under seal (that is, in the form of a deed). A contract made between private persons, if required by law to be in writing and under seal, may be made on behalf of the company in writing under its common seal. A contract so made binds the company and its successors and all other parties to it: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 32. Contracts made on behalf of any body corporate wherever incorporated need not be under seal: Corporate Bodies Contracts (Cap 293) s 2.
