| 释义 | 法律上身分喪失 A situation where a person or an entity does not have the legal capacity to do something. For example, an infant (ie a person who has not attained the age of 18) is at law unable to enter into a binding contract with others, vote, being a candidate of elections or directly acquire real property. Other person under legal disability may be persons who are mentally incapacitated, imprisoned, or denied the ability to what others may do because they are not citizens of a particular country.
