释义	轉介計劃 In criminal law, a procedure intended to divert a specific class of offender, or an offender charged with a specified type of offence, away from the criminal justice system so that if the procedure is followed to completion the person will not be dealt with by the court for the offence in respect of which the person came under police notice.
