| 释义 | 未兌現支票 An uncrossed cheque, a cheque which can be cashed at a bank. As it is not crossed or endorsed ‘non-negotiable’, it does not have to be paid into a bank account. This is not a preferable type of drawing a cheque. The crossings on a cheque protect the rights of the drawer of the cheque and the payee. See also Mareva injunction. 沒有劃線的，並可在銀行兌現的支票。由於支票沒有劃線或沒有註明為「不可轉讓」者，因而不用存入銀行帳戶。這並非可取的開票方式。在支票上劃線可保護出票人及受票人的權利。另見 Mareva injunction。 |
