| 释义 | 精神藥物 A narcotic or intoxicating drug or chemical which affects the mind. Psychotropic substances are listed in the Schedules to the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap 134), and the Control of Chemicals Ordinance (Cap 145) governs substances used in the manufacture of narcotics and psychotropic substances. The 1988 United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances seeks to prevent the trafficking in such substances.
