The term is specifically used in statutory law for those premises with licences for sale and supply of liquor, manufacturing of dangerous goods and manufacturing of optical disc: Dutiable Commodities Ordinance (Cap 109) s 2; Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap 295) s 2; Prevention of Copyright Piracy Ordinance (Cap 544) s 2.
