A form of discovery that involves one party asking the other party specific questions relating to the matters in issue in the proceedings in a written form in accordance with the rules of the court. A party to any cause or matter may serve on any other party interrogatories relating to any matter in question between the applicant and that other party in the cause or matter which are necessary either for disposing fairly of the cause or matter or for saving costs: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 26 r 1(1).
